- Built AI Agents — Jotform's intelligent assistants that automate form interactions, customer support and workflow triggers across chat, voice and embedded web.
- Shipped the systems that let users train and customize agents to their own brand and workflow: data collection, conversation flow, and automated actions.
- Spearheaded Copilot in the Form Builder, so users can describe a form in plain language and get a working one back.
- Contributed the Gmail AI Agent — agents that read, interpret and act on incoming email: extracting structured data, triggering workflows, responding automatically, creating records.
- Integrated the Gmail APIs with our agent infrastructure, covering secure authentication, reliable message handling and scalable execution.
- Partnered with UX, product and AI research to ship MVPs that moved engagement and efficiency measurably.
- Led front-end rebuilds of Inbox, PDF Editor and Form Builder, and built back-end auth and integration services in PHP + MySQL.
- Worked alongside accessibility specialists to bring products to WCAG 2.2 and ARIA 1.2 compliance.
- Hardened security — fixed injection flaws, strengthened authentication, defended against XSS and CSRF.
