- **AI Agents** — conversational assistants that automate form interactions,
  customer support and workflow triggers across chat, voice and embedded web.
  Also built the layer that lets customers train and customise them.
- **Copilot in the Form Builder** — led the feature that turns a natural
  language prompt into a fully functional form.
- **Gmail AI Agent** — agents that read, interpret and act on inbound email;
  secure Gmail API integration with scalable execution.
- Earlier: led front-end rebuilds of Jotform Inbox, PDF Editor and Form
  Builder; back-end auth and integration services in PHP and MySQL.
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 and ARIA 1.2; security hardening against
  injection, XSS and CSRF; mentoring through pair and mob programming.

  free text ("The Moment"), and a realtime voice AI coach ("Sage").
- 600+ guided meditations across 77 programs, 188 soundscapes, 21 breathing
  techniques, 32 sleep stories, 69+ hours of audio.
- React Native and Expo on the client; Cloudflare Workers with Hono, D1, R2
  and Drizzle on the backend; ElevenLabs for speech, LiveKit for realtime
  voice, RevenueCat for subscriptions, custom JWT auth with Apple App Attest.
